"Active Indexing" best describes my methodology as an investment advisor.

I use Vanguard Index Funds and Exchange Traded Funds to construct low cost, highly diversified portfolios for clients in Santa Cruz County, California.

All accounts share the same investment philosophy but each portfolio is tailored to each client and each account is managed separately by WCM's Santa Cruz investment advisors.
